The above is a quote from Hillary's virtual mentor Saul Alinsky, which continues "It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. It infuriates the opposition who then react to your advantage..... Pick your target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it."

This is the of course from Alinsky's famous Rules for Radicals book. He meant it for leftist radical chic stooges, of course, but we can learn a great deal from in in terms of both offense and defense without sinking to his or Hillaroid's level.

0cents.comare the folks who make the mock postage stamps with satirical themes ranging from neocon to nationalist, some of themmagnificent and some awful. A full-color, plasticized promotional postcard from them alleges that the push for the impeachment of Slick was helped when "`Real Americans' like you purchased over 15,000,000 Jail to the Chief 0cents stamps. "

0cents.com'swriting and sometimes his political vision is perfect -- it's a mystery how he can be (or have been) such a Bushoidal warmonger at the same time. Anyhoo, I'd been meaning to start a thread on the crucial value of strategic ridicule -- which includes much of what goes on here -- and 0cents' creativity shows a quite clever, populistic mode of activism, as well.

The many plays on B. Hussein Oh!bummer's name so far are not only hilarious and good for what ails you, but they're rifle shots at the PC establishment. Meet the latest model -- Chairman Maobummer! Oh, it's too clever -- the O of Mao perfectly coinciding with the first letter of the Dear Leader's

Alas, can't get any version of it to copy here nohow. But the poster satire it's in is hilarious and devastating -- maybe by Dees.

Wow, here's a writer that understands Alinsky's ridicule principle! HOT stuff, some of it inevitably vulgar:

I'm glad to see others have discovered the power of ridicule. I think Obama used it quite effectively against Romney--who never knew what was going on from day one. Poor Romney stumbled around like a man who couldn't find the door to get out of the room while Obama laughed at him, made fun of his business career, his income tax, and his wealth--and even the word "binders." It was really pitiful to watch. Santorum was right. Romney was the worst candidate to put up against Obama because neither he or his handlers had the faintest idea of who or what they were up against. He had no idea on how to hit back--even though he had the biggest target of any recent Republican candidate

That's because they never had any plans on him winning. Presidents are appointed, not elected. The same folks who steal your money and lie to you aren't going to let you pick your leaders.
