Just a few observations from Saturday July 15, 2006:
1. Old WWII and Korean War Vets are stubborn old goats who think they were fighting for our liberty and freedom, but really don't have a clue. Hard times fighting as cannon fodder of the bankers. (Why is it every war we fight for 'frredom and liberty', we end up with less freedom and liberty????)
2. Twice today I saw white men, (one blonde hair blue-eyed) with a 4-foot high Mexican wives and two or three mulatto-ettes in tow.( I quess Mexi-Kans' don't have feminazis.)
3. Leaving a restaurant, a van pulled up in the parking space in front of me with a white man, his black wife and three mud children in the back. Sick.
4. Mexicans and Asians everywhere. My "Stop Illegal Immigration" sticker got oneMexi-Kan upset. He nearly had a wreck trying to get away from being next to my car (bumper stickers on the side widows, too) at every stop light in near grid-lock traffic.
5. Gas stations were full all morning and afternoon with folks gassing up on $2.63 per gallon regular. People were anxious to get their turn as the pumps, one by one, went dry. Bush and the neocons don't have to put up with this nonsense. They have their own supplies of fuel. I suspect folks are worried about Israel and the escalating war that will probably effect the cost of fuel.
6. The one bright moment, besides the hot sun shining, was meeting up with our camp commander wearing a new white broad rimmed hat with a Confederate hat band on it, Battle Flags and all. That made my day. It's always good to see Confederate symbols in public, and more importantly, smiling Confederate faces.
7. The South must rise again. It's our only hope politically and geographically. We need a place to live.
End of rant.
