we had a typically warm and familial Patriot Network [dot info] meeting this evening in Fountain Inn, SC. Our main speaker was Kevin Innes, dynamic chief of the NC real money operation http://ashevillelibertydollar.com. in my closing remarx i mentioned the Populists of the 1890s, bimetallism etc.... and by an odd "coincidence," when i got home an email was waiting for me from a relative who, alas, shuns the patriot movement ... but s/he enclosed the article below which s/he'd written for a historical magazine in which s/he'd been published before. this article got rejected, but i think it deserves a day in the sun. For us who formed the Populist Party of the 1990s, a trip down memory lane in some ways. /\/.

Since the inception of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913, Robert Ingersoll's suggested motto, "I know that my Redeemer liveth" would have to be changed to "IHOPE that my redeemer (small r) liveth." Paper has little or no intrinsic value.

According to some authorities, the 1800 dollar woud actually purchase more in 1913 than in 1800, due, I suppose, to industrialization and machine-made products costing less to produce than by the old handicraft methods. Since the Fed came into existence, that 1913 dollar is now worth exactly five cents in purchasing power today. Further, sinceAlan Greenspan (I call him "Greenscam" and "Paperspan" among the more attractive nicknames) was appointed chairman of the Fed in 1987,said 1987 dollar would purchase 59 cents worth today.

William S. Mudd was the author of a depression-eraclassic called "The Old Boat Rocker," in which he represents the Treasurer of the U.S. calling in the head of the printing office, and telling him "leave out that nonsense about paying in gold, and just print 'payable in good and lawful money of the United States.'" The printer was about to leave when the Treasurer called him back and said, "leave out the word 'good' and just print 'lawful money of the United States';' we have to establish trust and we don't want to deceive anybody."

At this point, the printer protested that not only was there insufficient gold to pay off, but neither was there enough lawful money. The Treasurer dismissed this by saying, "when we get done there will be enough lawful money to pay off anything."

And so it goes; how can anyone prepare for retirement these days, when, if you live another 18 years, your savings will have depreciated by 41 percent? Maybe the government doesn't want you to live too long after you leave the work force...

brilliant, W. there's no doubt now that our keepers really don't want us to live too long -- thus chemtrails, a medical industry that makes sure never to get too competent, and jail, the nuthouse or worsefor people who discover cures for major diseases.

i'm wondering whether there are (or have to be) any major diseases. organic cures areoffered for most things and honest people we know swear they work for them. I've used DMSO (horse liniment) on myself to cure one problem that would otherwise have meant trips (possibly endless) to doctor, and another to fix one that would have made my dentist rich. And I've been in personal contact with people who say it's cured cancer for themand have nothing to gain from me by making such a claim. (they were writing anonymously in a classical music forum.) I like that quote from the Alan Greenspan of around 1970, but the Alan Greenspan from 1987 on is a vastly different critter.

He has confiscated about 41 percent of your savings since then, and his 1% interest and easy credit is responsible for the economic tsunami we are facing today.

In the 1980s Don Wassall, I and a merry band of others stoked the Populist Party up to notable heights in efforts toward reining in the Permanent Regime and redeeming America. Now it's reported -- thanks to the same power mafia we were up against then -- that today populism means reining in the Permanent Regime and wrecking America........

<DIV align=left>Some might call it the axle of anti-American populism. With linchpins in Tehran on one end and Caracas on the other, a new brand of international populism is rising by fanning flames of division between Western powers and the "powerless" of the developing world. Leaders, from Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to Venezuela's President Hugo Chávez, are winning points at home by striking a nationalist and anti-American pose. Their method: Use the international stage to rail against what they see as a disconnect between the values espoused by the world's sole superpower and its actions. Mr. Ahmadinejad consolidates his domestic political power and wins support among several countries caught in America's cross hairs by pointing out that Washington accepts the nuclear status of Pakistan - which it needs on its side in the war on terror - while opposing Iran's program, which Iran insists is for power-generation only.............

All true nationalism is populist based, but some leaders pretend to be populist or nationalist but their actions will show otherwise. The focus and base of populism and nationalism is the people. The focus and base of internationalism is money and the elite.

“I believe gold and silver coin to be the money of the Constitution - indeed, the money of the American people anterior to the Constitution, money which the organic law of the Republic recognized as independent of its own existence. No power was conferred on Congress to declare that either metal should not be money. Congress has therefore, in my judgment, no more power to demonetize silver than to demonetize gold; no more power to demonetize either than to demonetize both.” - Senator James G. Senator Blaine was correct. The Congress does not have the power to lawfully demonetize gold or silver coin. Well, if this doesn't convince the herds and hordes, nothing will. Neoconoidal HUMAN EVENTS is breaking a major conspiracy story! (At least to me and my crowd!)

The Plan to Replace the Dollar With the 'Amero'

Amero by 2010 and world currency Phoenix by 2017

The idea to form the North American Union as a super-NAFTA knitting together Canada, the United States and Mexico into a super-regional political and economic entity was a key agreement resulting from the March 2005 meeting held at Baylor University in Waco, Tex., between President Bush, President Fox and Prime Minister Martin.

A joint statement published by the three presidents following their Baylor University summit announced the formation of an initial entity called, “The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America” (SPP). The joint statement termed the SPP a “trilateral partnership” that was aimed at producing a North American security plan as well as providing free market movement of people, capital, and trade across the borders between the three NAFTA partners:
    <BLOCKQUOTE>

We will establish a common approach to security to protect North America from external threats, prevent and respond to threats within North America, and further streamline the secure and efficient movement of legitimate, low-risk traffic across our borders.</BLOCKQUOTE>

    A working agenda was established:
    <BLOCKQUOTE>

We will establish working parties led by our ministers and secretaries that will consult with stakeholders in our respective countries. These working parties will respond to the priorities of our people and our businesses, and will set specific, measurable, and achievable goals.</BLOCKQUOTE>

The U.S. Department of Commerce has produced a SPP website, which documents how the U.S. has implemented the SPP directive into an extensive working agenda..........

On <?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1:date Year="2006" Day="1" M&#111;nth="6">June 1st, 2006</st1:date>, Secret Service agents showed up at the office of Great News Network in <st1lace><st1:City>Dallas</st1:City>, <st1:State>Texas</st1:State></st1lace> and demanded their entire stock of $1 million dollar gospel tracts that are produced by Ray Comfort’s ministry, Living Waters. The tracts are used by Ray Comfort and his co-host Kirk Cameron and have been promoted on their national television program.

Reports were that the Secret Service was going to pay a visit to Comfort’s national offices in <st1lace><st1:City>Bellflower</st1:City>, <st1:State>California</st1:State></st1lace> and confiscate their entire stock. Apparently someone in <st1:State><st1lace>North Carolina</st1lace></st1:State> took one of the $1 million dollar tract to a bank and tried to deposit it into their account.

After Ray Comfort alerted Brannon Howse, President of Worldview Weekend and Christian Worldview Network of the Secret Service action, Brannon urged Comfort to call their mutual friend, Tim Wildmon, President of the American Family Association and <st1lace><st1:PlaceName>AFA</st1:PlaceName> <st1lace>Center</st1lace></st1lace> for Law and Policy. After Howse and Comfort contacted Wildmon, AFA’s lead trial attorney took the case.

Ray Comfort told Christian Worldview Network:

People love this gospel tract. It's my personal favorite because it makes people laugh, and the reason theylaugh is because they know that there's no such thing as a million dollar bill.
When it comes to producing counterfeit money, there must be intent to defraud. This wasn't produced with the intent to buy anything, or to get change . . . it was produced as a gospel tract. That's its sole intent.
Besides, any bank teller or shop assistant who is duped into giving change on a million dollar bill shouldn't be behind a counter.

Comfort sent out an e-mail alert to his e-mail list telling his thousands of supporters and customers:
Today (Friday, June 2nd) the Secret Service seized a large supply of our Million Dollar Bill tracts from The Great News Network in Texas. They told them that someone in <st1:State><st1lace>North Carolina</st1lace></st1:State> tried to deposit one in their bank, and that if they didn't give up their supply, they would arrest them. Then they said they are going to seize our supply in <st1:State><st1lace>California</st1lace></st1:State>. If you want Million Dollar bill tracts, you had better order them pronto.

CWN was told by Living Waters’ customer service manager that their website was being slammed with orders after they sent out the e-mail alert.
Brian Fahling, Senior Trial Attorney AFA Center for Law &amp; Policy who is now representing Comfort and his ministry told CWN:

I am more than a little amazed that the Secret Service has chosen to harass Ray Comfort because of his $1 million dollar gospel tracts. It is abundantly clear to anyone with a modicum of common sense that the ‘bills’ are not made with an intent to defraud, but rather, they are distributed with the intent to reveal the Truth (the Gospel message is written around the border on the back of the bill). No thinking person could believe the bills are real. If the Secret Service does not cease from this intrusion upon the free speech rights and free exercise rights of Ray Comfort and others, that agency will be explaining its outrageous conduct to a federal judge.

Apparently some cognitively challenged individual in North Carolina attempted to deposit one of the ‘bills’ into his account and the Secret Service decided that was enough for them to treat the bills as counterfeit. By that type of reasoning, if someone should attempt to deposit Monopoly money in a bank, the Secret Service could seize all the monopoly money held by Americans. Surely the Secret Service has more important things to do.

Comfort was encouraged by his legal counsel not to give the Secret Service his stock of the $1 million dollar tracts if they showed up at his office without a federal warrant. The thinking is that if the agents show a judge a copy of the $1 million dollar tract that he would laugh till he cried and then after catching his breath he would thank the agents for the good laugh and then ask them to stop wasting his time.

Here's the text on the back that should give a clue that it's notGovernment issued:

The million-dollar question: Will you go to Heaven? Here’s a quick test. Have you ever told a lie, stolen anything, or used God’s name in vain? Jesus said, “Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her has committed adultery already with her in his heart.” Have you looked with lust? Will you be guilty on Judgment Day? If you have done those things God sees you as a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer-at-heart. The Bible warns that if you <I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">are guilty you will end up in Hell. That’s not God’s will. He sent His Son to suffer and die on the cross for you. Jesus took your punishment upon Himself—“For God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” Then He rose from the dead and defeated death. Please, repent (turn from sin) today and trust Jesus, and God will grant you everlasting life. Then read your Bible daily and obey it. www.livingwaters.com

The front of the bill says "This note is not legal tender" as well as "Thou Shalt Not Steal,"the words "Department of Eternal Affairs" and the web site www.WayOfTheMasterRadio.com, along with a picture of Grover Cleveland--a President who has never been on any bill.

CWN will keep you updated on this story as it develops.

By the way, Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron will be speaking at the Worldview Weekends in <st1lace><st1:City>Collierville</st1:City>, <st1:State>TN</st1:State></st1lace>; <st1lace><st1:City>Okeechobee</st1:City>, <st1:State>FL</st1:State></st1lace>; <st1lace><st1:City>Franklin</st1:City>, <st1:State>PA</st1:State></st1lace> and <st1lace><st1:City>McPherson</st1:City>, <st1:State>KS</st1:State></st1lace> unless they are in the slammer for giving out gospel tracts that look like a $1 million bill.

Why the Secret Service? Maybe the S.S. gets its paychecks from the Federal Reserve.

IMO, the Feds are anger about the "Thou Shall Not Steal" on the tract.

It must be a sacrelige to the gov't supremacists/Federal Reserveto have that even on a play one million dollar bill.

Of course they're going to steal. That's what the Fed is all about.

Oh boy, a hot dog vendor calls the police on the silver terrorists. Well done, comrade, you deserve the Lenin prize for stopping this scourge on the economy!

Using Liberty Dollars as money is a crime

An attempt to buy beer at a Buffalo Sabres game using silver medallions known as Liberty Dollars landed two Derby men in trouble with Buffalo Police last December.
Now, the federal government is warning people all over the United States that the medallions are "not legal tender" and using them as money is a federal crime.

"[Despite] their misleading appearance, NORFED "Liberty Dollar' medallions are not genuine United States Mint coins," the U.S. Mint said in a press statement issued this week. "Prosecutors with the Department of Justice have determined that the use of these. . .medallions as circulating money is a Federal crime."

The government's strong words drew a perplexed reaction Friday from the attorney for the two Derby men, and a defiant reaction from a Hamburg man who is the executive director of the organization that produces the medallions.

"We don't doubt the legality of this, despite the government's accusations," said Michael Johnson of Hamburg, executive director of the Indiana-based National Organization for the Repeal of the Federal Reserve Act.

"[The government] is absolutely not going to stop us."

The hot dog-vendor ought to know by now the fiat currency printed by the Fed is counterfeit money. If he had half a brain, he would have accepted the silver and kept his mouth shut. (And would have been a wealthier hot dog-vendor) Or he should have just refused to accept the silver, which is his right. We have the right to refuse a Federal Reserve note for payment, too. (Look at all the stores that refuse $50 and $100 dollar bills.)

It is only by the point of the Federal gun barrel that the Federal Reserveplay money is used.It is forced economic tyranny to keep the Fed owners rich and the middle class oppressed.

The hot dog-vendor is a well trained snitch for the police state/Homeland Security.

Recently, I reviewed a collection of bank notes from the 1860's. These notes were from all over the north and the South. Many banks printed their own notes. It wasn't until after lincoln that the central banking system became possible. Those who control the currency, control the government.

An article entitled "Legislator Proposes State Currency for TN"

State Senator Bill Ketron of Tennessee believes the state should have an alternative currency in case the US monetary system collapses. Similar measures are under consideration in Virginia and South Carolina

    Don’t buy gold
Yes, our economy is in trouble. Our currency is losing value daily. Many experts predict a meltdown in the near future. So is gold the answer? When money is no good, can you whittle off a fragment of gold to buy a sack of cornmeal or beans. No, gold is not a practical medium of exchange for everyday purchases, but ammunition is. Maybe a 12-gage shell will buy a few eggs, or a .22 long rifle will buy a pound of salt. Ammunition comes in small tradable quantities. It will have sustained value because the government will have outlawed it. Another reason to invest in ammunition is you can use it to defend yourself. Imagine an America void of sovereignty, deep in poverty, and dominated by foreign power. Then see an awakening, a rebirth of the American spirit, a revolution by people willing to lay their lives on the line to regain freedom. That is the setting for Bloodrose.
Enjoy heart-pounding excitement and page-turning suspense as the characters in Bloodrose struggle to survive the most perilous of times. Along the way they find love in the midst of hate, friendship in a time of betrayal, and hope rising out of despair. The setting for Bloodrose is America in the not-too-distant future. The characters are fictional. The events could happen. Pray they don’t! Click on the Amazon links below to start enjoying a great read.
