An article entitled "Supreme Court upholds Arizona Law"

This decision has huge implications. For starters, it means that similar laws can now be debated in every state legislature in the US-a forum in which big money and big media simply don’t have the same influence in as they have the Federal government.

I would also suggest the Arizona law is simply the start of what is possible. For example: why shouldn’t the employers, landlords and investors that profit from illegal immigration be held responsible for health care expenses incurred by illegal aliens?

That measure alone would help to better fund health care in the US-and would greatly improve service in Emergency Rooms in many parts of the US.

Employers, investors and landlords that profit from illegal immigration should be regarded as accomplices to any violations of state laws committed by illegal aliens they employ or harbor. Few illegal aliens would stay in the US without access to US jobs.

If an illegal alien drives while intoxicated, deals heroin, or murders someone while in the US, those crimes wouldn’t be committed in the US if various employers, investors and landlords were not facilitating illegal immigration.

The property used by those business interests can simply be seized, liquidated to compensate victims of those crimes(and to pay for the incarceration of illegal alien criminals)and gotten into the hands of more law abiding business interests.

An article entitled "Illegal Alien Pickers Remain Troublesome in Washington State"

Poaching by illegal aliens has been an interest of mine for years, mostly because of the ongoing damage to America’s wilderness and animals. In addition, poaching was the cause of the 2004 mass murder of six American hunters by a trespassing Hmong immigrant in Wisconsin, which showed how extreme the thieving urge can get. The subject of resource theft gets little attention in the dinosaur media, which doesn’t care much about conservation, although the scribblers do manage to burp out annual stories about Mexican drug gangs growing marijuana in national parks and forests.

One ongoing crime scene is the coastal Northwest where aliens illegally pick in protected lands like the Olympic National Park valuable plants which are sold for use in floral arrangements. The industry generates a lot of money, one estimate being $250 million annually. As a result, theft and violence has grown, as noted in a 2006 Seattle Times article, A War in the Woods. So it’s not exactly an atmosphere of idyllic nature.

An article entitled "Illegals’ Employers Say Rule Of Law Would Cause Problems For Wealthy Farmers"

E-Verify is being protested by the wealthy in Georgia
Well, yes, it’s supposed be be a burden to anyone who hires illegals. And if your business model is such that you can’t make it pay without a reserve army of the illegal population hanging around in your county, then what you have is not a farm or business, but a “criminal enterprise,” and you need to stop doing it.

The Georgia Farm Bureau made the same noises last year–my post on it was headed “Georgia Farm Bureau Cautions State On Immigration”–In A Sane World It Would Be The Other Way Around. See also The Needs Of America’s Farmers, in which I suggested that if farmers couldn’t make their farms pay without illegals, in spite of the alternatives of American workers, legal guest workers, and mechanical pickers, they should go into town and get a job, because their farm is costing America more than the value of their produce.

An article entitled "California anti-DREAM Act Referendum Going to the Clipboards"

The much despised DREAM Act law which will award millions of dollars in scarce taxpayer funds to illegal alien students in California state colleges will hopefully be overturned in the 2012 election if enough voter signatures can be gathered over the next few months to place it on the ballot.

The reason our government will not solve the illegal immigration problem is because greedy business owners like cheap labor. The state and US Chambers of Commerce like cheap labor. Both the Republican and Democrat parties like cheap labor because they get PAC money from greedy business owners who like cheap labor. The Dreadful Demise of Diligent Dan is a short story, an allegory that clearly illustrates the end result of this corruption. It’s free. You won’t be asked for any information. An article entitled "Arizona has thrived since passing tough immigration law"

Arizona’s immigration enforcement law is now one of the most popular laws in the country. 65%-68% of registered voters say they approve of the law in national polls.

The “mainstream” media has run some fake articles claiming that the Arizona economy has been hurt. This is another media hoax.
A total of six states have passed new laws granting the police the authority to check the immigration status. These include Arizona, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, South Carolina, and Utah. Alabama is credited with passing the toughest law, and has seen nothing but positive benefits.

An article entitled "Illegal aliens receive billions in tax refunds"

What do I take from this story?

    1) We (European American taxpayers) are funding our own displacement

    2) Despite being enraged by stories like this, most of our people will still flock to reelect an overwhelmingly vast majority of incumbents in November

    Around and around we go…
Ladies and gentlemen, this is, truly, one of the most infuriating stories I’ve ever seen. Forward this story to as many folks as you can.

An article entitled "Houston-based company admits to hiring illegal aliens
    Agrees to forfeit $2 million"

HOUSTON – ABC Professional Tree Services Inc. (ABC) has agreed to adhere to revised immigration compliance procedures and to pay $2 million as forfeited funds to the Department of Homeland Security related to revenue derived from the employment of illegal aliens. The announcement was made by U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson, Southern District of Texas, along with Robert Rutt, special agent in charge of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

For its part, the United States has agreed not to criminally prosecute the company. ABC is a Houston-based company that provides right of way vegetation management for electric utilities in more than a dozen states.

An article entitled "House Votes to Stop Obama Immigration Lawsuits against States"

So now, after years of obstructionism by the Obama regime, Congress has apparently grown a spine. I wonder if the defeat of several Senators who supported the 2007 Amnesty Bill and the Tea Party’s targeting of politicians weak on immigration has had anything to do with this.
The vote did reveal six more Amnesty Traitors in the Republican Party. It also escalates the battle over immigration. Americans are expecting the Republicans to do something about immigration, not to be a clone of the Democrat Party. If Obama vetoes this bill before the election, it will be one more big reason for Americans to vote against him.

An article entitled "Criminal Alien "DREAMer" Assaults ICE Agent, Gets Released on Prosecutorial Discretion"

The ICE enforcement agents' union is reporting an incident from earlier this week that illustrates the perverse results of the Obama administration's DREAM decree and "prosecutorial discretion" policies. An illegal alien, who is described as meeting the criteria for the president's DREAM amnesty, was arrested and jailed in El Paso, Texas, on a domestic assault charge. When ICE agents arrived at the jail for routine inmate screening, the 5'9", 245 lb. illegal alien attempted to escape, and in the process assaulted and injured one of the ICE agents. According to the union statement, ICE managers ordered the criminal alien released without charges, despite the escape attempt and assault on a federal agent (a felony), not to mention his illegal status. Meanwhile, before offering medical treatment to the injured, the agents were questioned by managers regarding possible disciplinary action for their efforts. The injured agent will be restricted from duty for two weeks due to his injuries.

An article entitled "Chaos Along the Mexican Border"

The American public doesn’t have any idea how bad the situation truly is along the Mexican border. In fact, the situation can probably best be summed up as “border? what border?” And let us be clear, this is being done deliberately by the government in Washington D.C.. If they wanted to, they could close done the Mexican border and make it truly secure. But they do not want to and so the border remains wide open. Not only is border security underfunded and undermanned, but they are legally tied hand and feet when it comes to enforcement. And then when States attempt to take some of the enforcement onto their own shoulders, the US Government sues them to keep them from doing so and the US Supreme Court strikes down the enforcement laws. The US Government is the problem, nullification and secession are the solution.
