Each country in Traveller’s Digest "Ten Countries with the Most Beautiful Women" might as well be a list of which countries are the whitest. They even dubbed Argentina as "most beautiful women in the Western Hemisphere." Due to mass 3rd world immigration into the US and Canada, Argentina is whiter than the US and probably whiter than Canada, depending on who’s data you use.

The typical Mexican argument is that Americans are racist xenophobes, while Mexicans and other Latin Americans, being a mixed-race people, are non-racist, tolerant and inclusive. Some would take it a step further—that we as a nation should just accept being absorbed by Latin America and become one big happy egalitarian family.
Study the history of the region and you’ll see that it’s not one big happy family. And it’s certainly not egalitarian. Mexican society—and Latin America as a whole—is strongly stratified by race.
Generally speaking, the higher you go up the socioeconomic ladder, the whiter it gets. Are there exceptions? Of course. But the general rule holds true.

This is a big subject. All the world is "racist" if it means admiring light skin over dark and preferring lighter rulers over darker. Another thread mentions India as case in point, but here's the latest on that phenomenon:

I'm guessing that the word "fair" is used so consistently in this footage because the media brass over it decreed that it would be "racist" to say "white" or "whiter". But logically, what's the opposite of "fair", hmmm?
Our White women certainly are the most beautiful,and as more and more realize what a sham the feminist movement is will continue to become more attractive.
