He mentions a number of cases of persecution like the case of a "14-year-old schoolgirl, Codie Stott, asked a teacher if she could sit with another group to do a science project as all the girls with her spoke only Urdu. The teacher’s first response, according to Stott, was to scream at her: "It’s racist, you’re going to get done by the police!" Upset and terrified, the schoolgirl went outside to calm down. The teacher called the police and a few days later, presumably after officialdom had thought the matter over, she was arrested and taken to a police station, where she was fingerprinted and photographed." Now there’s a bill before the Judiciary Committee, HR 1913, that threatens to bring this kind of thought control to the United States.

Liberals Refuse To Exclude Gay Pedophiles from Federal Protection!"
In a shocking conclusion to the second day of hearings on the federal hate crimes bill, HR 1913, House Judiciary Democrats rejected the final amendment of Rep. Steve King (R, IA) that "sexual orientation" in the bill specifically be defined as not including pedophiles. Rep. Tammy Baldwin (D, WI) objected, saying King's amendment was "unnecessary and inflammatory." She asserted that "sexual orientation," as defined by the Hate Crimes Statistics Act of 1990, means consensual heterosexual or homosexual sex. That definition, she claimed, is sufficient to exclude pedophiles.
Before any Republicans could respond in support of this bold and essential amendment, Judiciary Chairman Conyers cut off debate, calling for an immediate vote, which upheld Baldwin. When Republicans objected, Conyers said he had not noticed them wanting to debate Baldwin's position, an absurd, unbelievable lie!
The truth is that a large percentage of homosexuals, especially males, are actual or potential pedophiles. From at least the time of the ancient Greeks, their ultimate sexual prize has been underage boys who "consent" to have sex with them. (In homosexual jargon, gay men are "chicken hawks," boys "chickens.") The liberals promoting HR 1913 are determined, at all costs, to protect the entire homosexual community as the primary beneficiaries of the hate bill. As we saw today, they were terrified of allowing Republicans to fragment federal protection of homosexuals into "protected versus unprotected" members. Such fragmentation would destroy their hate bill, dedicated to special protection of all homosexuals, regardless of degree of perversion. They do not want the pedophile members of NAMBLA (the North American Man-Boy Love Association) to be deprived of the same perks and protection under federal law enjoyed by "respectable" homosexuals who cohabit only with adults. Homosexuals as a specific "class" must remain inviolate.
On the other hand, "straight" pedophiles who have heterosexual sex with little girls would remain without specially protected status, punishable under conventional law.

The "Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act" just introduced by Rep. Linda T. Sanchez, sister of the equally appalling Rep. Loretta Sanchez, would make it a federal felony to cause "substantial emotional distress" through "Severe, Repeated, and Hostile" speech. On Monday, May 4, Sen. Edward Kennedy's office told me that, although hearings on his hate crimes bill, S. 909, were not scheduled, Judiciary could vote on Tuesday to send it immediately forward to the floor of the Senate.
There was no discussion of the hate bill in Judiciary on Tuesday.
Instead, Sen. Patrick Leahy, Judiciary chairman, said he will inform us when he has decided to move the hate bill through Judiciary, or hold hearings -- if hearings are to be held. He says he will give one week's notice at www.judiciary.senate.gov if the hate bill is to be considered. This means at least a week's delay -- if we can trust Leahy, which I don't.

If passed by the Senate, the legislation will expand the federal definition of such crimes to include those motivated by gender identity and permit increased federal power to investigate and prosecute crimes as "hate crimes." The meat of the hate crimes bill is a $10 million grant for the establishment of a federally funded surveillance centre.

As it attempts to defeat the federal hate crimes bill, Christian conservative America is at war for its survival. The Jewish Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith created this legislation. As such, ADL is America's enemy and fair game for public criticism. We should speak against ADL everywhere - at home, church, work, our blogs, through talk radio and letters to the editor. Everyone should know that ADL, through its hate laws, is destroying free speech throughout the world and wants to do so in Congress right now.
If such discussion becomes widespread enough, ADL may have to retreat from promoting its federal hate bill. Otherwise, as Christians and conservatives grow more concerned and educated about hate laws, ADL's Christian-persecuting agenda will almost certainly alienate many from Jewish causes, particularly Israel. Christians may even come to correctly view Israel (which includes its PR agent, ADL) as an enemy of Christian evangelism and values.
Christian America has restrained aggressive Jewish anti-Christianity before. In 1988, the Jewish movie moguls of MCA thought they could utterly trash the name and reputation of Jesus Christ with their blasphemous "The Last Temptation of Christ." Rev. Jerry Falwell publicly warned that if they offended Christian sensibilities too deeply, it could cause a backlash of anti-Semitism.
Falwell's statement, heard by millions of Christians, was all I needed to go after MCA. I created a devastating brochure, "The Real Reason behind the Last Temptation of Christ," which NPN mailed to 192,000 evangelical pastors in America. I documented that the Last Temptation's mockeries of Christ are mirrored in the Babylonian Talmud -- modern Judaism's highest religious and legal authority. Among many other revilings, the Talmud says Christ was a bastard, charlatan, false prophet, liar, and fool -- who is now in hell writhing in boiling semen. (Gittin 56-57a)

Section 319 of Canada's hate law does not specifically outlaw criticism of abortion or verbal "intimidation" of abortion staff or women seeking an abortion. Yet since passage in 1971, the law's "anti-bias" theme has turned into an unwritten special protection of the abortion industry. Attorney General Holder testified that the federal hate law would give homosexuals, regardless of their guilt or innocence, preferential rights and importance over the majority of "straight" Americans. This means that if the officer lost his cool and called Lombard a faggot, striking him, and Lombard screamed, "Hate crime!" the whole federal, state, and county law enforcement and justice establishment would be obligated to come to the aid of Lombard with triple speed.
But police officers, as Holder testified, have no special rights under the hate crimes bill. Instead of being charged with simple assault, the undercover officer would face a federal felony rap which could total ten years in prison. After spending at least $10,000 for the best attorney he could find, the officer could spend tens of thousands in legal fees if the case dragged on or was appealed.
On the other hand, if Lombard learned the officer's identity and struck him, crying "Pig!" the officer would have no special status as the member of a federally group. He could not scream "Hate crime!", but would have to find justice through conventional law.
Who is Really Intimidated?
ADL and Holder say they want S. 909 to end "intimidation" of persecuted homosexuals. Actually, S. 909 is designed to intimidate the rest of us -- white Christian "straight" Americans.

Lovers of freedom hope the Brownback amendment, passed by the Senate on July 17, will help protect those whose public speech might be accused of influencing someone to commit a violent hate crime. Yet free speech could still be lost under federal hate law jurisdiction in a number of ways. The existing federal law already makes free speech very vulnerable. Title 18, Sec. 2a of the federal hate bill's 1969 parent legislation says anyone whose speech influences a violent hate crime will be prosecuted alongside the active offender. Also, judges, legislating hate law from the bench, could set judicial precedents that would protect favored groups not only from physical, bias-motivated violence but also "verbal" violence. In hate law countries this means simply criticizing members of federally protected groups--including Muslims!
