Don't you love the way they put things? Up top in the headlies, etc: fare dodgers and ticket forgers. Fine print: "families in arrears with
council tax". Lovely, lovely -- right in the midst of phase one of the depression, too, when families have it hardest hit since the 1930s, 70-79 years ago.

Government hates families and is at war against them. Unfortunately, the families are programmed to think anything else but that. A politically incorrect, socially improper thought!
