Demjanjuk: still no peace?

<DIV>Here's a strange one. It finally occurred to me to try net-searching John Demjanjuk, I was shocked to discover that after everything this innocent man been through they're still after him and the case is active again. Does anybody know what the current status is? This government has nothing better to do than persecute/prosecute an 84-year-old "ethnically incorrect" retired Cleveland auto worker? There's been nary a word in our circles about this, and it seems to me it shouldn't be allowed to fall thru the cracks. /\/.

Now the case is hitting the headlines again (e.g. at ANU.ORG)*, a thing one would have hoped never to see. If there's anything in human behavior lower than what they're doing to this poor man, I'd like to know what it is. "Freest country in the world?"

Someone please cipher for us "Demjanjuk's claim that he would be tortured if deported to his homeland," i.e. Ukraine, and his lawyer's that "sending Demjanjuk back to Ukraine would be like throwing him "into a shark tank." What form could that trouble possibly take in an EasternEurope reborn to righteous wrath aganist Jewish supremacism........... or is this merely a desperate attempt to say whatever's necessry to get the job done? It sounds like a shifty lawyer seeking a shifty solution to the case and a poor weak old man following along.

Incidentally the picture of Demjanjuk showing at our homepagelooksso jovial onlybecause it dates (as I recall) from the day he was told he'd be leaving the hell of Ayalon Prison in Israel. Those are Hebrew characters on his prison uniform. The story of his persecution there would break your heart. They kept the temperature in his cell extra hot for sheer spite (although it was reported some of his jailers were sympathetic to him). The "trial" was actually an ongoing theater production, held in a real theater against a backdrop of a huge photographic college of alleged "holocaust" atrocities. They let tourists pass through and go tsk tsk tsk at the scene.

Germany's federal office that pursues Nazi-era crimes has said it believes there is enough evidence to charge him. Demjanjuk. Let me see if I get this correct. A conscripted Ukranian Soviet soldier, captured by the Germans, posted to Sobibor as a camp guard on the condition that if he refused he would be shot, is now being deported to Germany because he"concealed" on his naturalization papersthat he was acamp guard, will now stand trial for being an accomplice to the murder of 29,000 humans?

This after been tried in Israel, convicted, given a death sentence, then released after witnesses gave false testimony that he was "Ivan the Terrible".

Rabbi Marvin Hier, a founder of the Los Angeles-based Simon Wiesenthal Center, has said, "His work at the Sobibor death camp was to push men, women and children into the gas chamber," Hier said in a statement. "He had no mercy, no pity and no remorse for the families whose lives he was destroying."

With noproof that Demjanjuk was complicit in the murder of 29,000 humans, (though it seems that Rabbi Hier is in the possession of evidence that strangely the American government doesn't even attempt to corroborate), the United States government is now deporting an 89 year old American "citizen" to Germany to live his last days in a jail cell.

I wonder what this whole episode is about?

The issue is the essence of simplicity, but ugly as homemade sin:

1. The power gews hate goyim and seek to kill, defame and ruin them to the greatest extent possible every day all day, century in and century out.

2. Their main racket is claiming to be perpetual victims, most egregiously during World War Gew, and they're desperate cornered beasts now as that fraud comes to pieces.

John Demjanjuk was jailed in inhumane conditions for years in Israel, a country that didn't exist at the time of his supposed crimes. His last major persecution (and possibly that jail ordeal -- I forget which) lasted for OVER 16 YEARS with no conviction and no rescue by any ameriKan official. Finally Joe Traficant came to his aid -- probably the main reason Joe is in the gulag now too.

Even after all that, Israel couldn't get a conviction -- but the poor pitiful gews kept up the screaming in front of the Demjanjuk residence in Cleveland. They're irrational -- mad -- criminally insane. This disaster is one of the biggest heartbreaks I've known since entering the real world 21 years ago, at which time JD was still in the Israeli gulag. I used to send the family hundreds of $ but confess I haven't even gotten around to calling the DOJ or German embassy this time -- I just couldn't believe it would come to this. But it urgently needs to happen, folks, starting immediately -- raise hell with the officials. Demand the crucifiction of this innocent man be stopped. Cal your own congresscritters, fax or email a letter to the editor of noose-papers in your area. I've got to go do a musical gig at this moment.

Whew, Gard -- after reading that link I had to rush out for a bolt of sunshine and "fresh" air!! Did you ever experience such concentrated muck -- rot -- stench? The jackals are furious that Benny-Beanie only sold Jesus's crucifixion out and didn't curse everything German and then commit hara-kiri. They don't ask for much!

To show you what a dinosaur I really am, I have no idea who Carrie Prejean is. To show you what a throwback I am, I'm proud of the fact. But I do know Sean Vannity won't be challenging the gew-victim psychosis on today's show.

I wonder if John Demjanjuk is the world's most-holocausted individual? Was there every anybody in history more systematically persecuted, hated and passed from one gulag to another -- even into his 90s? 16 years in an Israeli prison alone, and they're still tormenting him!

Remember, their motto is "shalom" -- peace -- and their claim is that they love all humankind and only seek to help others to dp so.

the headline on the BBC. The lede began: "A German court
has found John Demjanjuk guilty of helping to murder more
than 28,000 Jews at a Nazi death camp in Poland." Not
until paragraph 17 does one find this jolting fact: "No
evidence was produced that he committed a specific
crime." That is correct. No evidence was produced, no
witness came forward to testify he ever saw Demjanjuk
injure anyone. And the critical evidence that put
Demjanjuk at Sobibor came - from the KGB.

A tale of two deceases...... Singer Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau has just died. I too mourn such a talent and am just now finding out what a god he was to the classical music world -- in fact, Wikip has it that Schwarzkopf called him "a born god who has it all." Way down in the article: "he was drafted into the Wehrmacht during World War II in 1943, tending horses on the Russian Front". That's all. No report of war crimes, or any hysteria thereabout. Nada.

Would it be considered rude in the wake of such a loss to ask why he was treated any different from "Ivan the Terrible" -- because he was a famous artist? Because he had money to defend himself?

The answer is, of course, that thousands or millions served in the Nazi forces as both gentlemen did -- whatever their sentiments, nobody probably had a choice. But only a tiny percentage were ever given the "evil Nazi" treamtent after Nuremberg and Eisenhower's death enclosures. Demjanjuk was obscure and defenseless enough to serve as sacrificial victim to the Holohoax god -- his number simply came up in that draft too, poor man.

But, uh, why is it that there have never been any mutterings about his Nazi past whatsoever, unlike von Karajan and others? I mean going by the ill-logic under which our civilization is being deconstructed. OH -- wait a minute -- Fischer was Dietrich's original family name, and it is virtually never borne by goyim. He had a son named Manuel, that helps. I think it also helps explain the extreme, all-out worship he enjoys. Even if he was the greatest singer of the 20th century, a possibility I'm willing to admit of, despite finding his style a bit XXXX, myself, do people profess to experiencing such transfiguration by gentile performers?

Realistically, now.
