Louisiana petitions to leave illegal immigrants out of 2010 census
The continuing flood of non-white illegal immigration has the added benefit of increasing the Democratic Party's minority congressional representation at the expense of the white majority voter.
Since congressional apportionment is based not on the actual numbers of legal residents in a state, but calculated on the total population both legal and illegal, the Democratic Party has and will continue to benefit from this demographic distortion.
